Mayank Agarwal and Shikhar Dhawan will open for India in 1st ODI against Australia.
The visit through Team India starts today with the three-coordinate ODI arrangement among India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground today. Australia won the throw and chose to bat first and got off to an extraordinary beginning.
After this Aaron Finch has scored his 17th century in ODIs, playing an amazing inning, and he was supported by Steve Smith who changed his gear and completed his century in 62 balls.
Australia has given India a target of 375 runs.
There are three bowlers in Bumrah, Saini and Shami, and playing Yuzvendra Chahal as the only spinner. Hardik Pandya is back in worldwide cricket after a physical issue and will play at number 6.
This is not only the first series after a long time for Team India but also the first international series for the spectators in the Coronacal in which they can enter the stadium in limited numbers. Nearly 9 months later, the spectators at the stadium got a chance to return to the series between India and Australia.
The last time the Australian team visited India was when Team India was defeated 2-1 in the ODI series. If India's batting line-up is strong, then Smith-Warner has also returned to Australia. Both teams look more or less the same on paper, but Australia is going to get the benefit of playing at home.
