BCCI's Announcement | Rohit Sharma, Samson And Saha Included In Test Team On Australia Tour

Captain Virat Kohli will go on paternity leave after the first Test.

Rohit Sharma has been remembered for the Test crew for the Australia Tour 2020. BCCI secretary Jai Shah made the announcement on Monday. So, Captain Kohli will go on paternity leave after the first Test. However, the BCCI has not said whether Kohli will play the rest of the series.

So, Sanju Samson has also been added in the One Day International Series after the T20 series. In the interim, Varun Chakraborty has been controlled out of the Australia visit because of a shoulder injury. Sunrisers Hyderabad's pacer T. Natarajan has been included in the T20 squad instead. 

Prior, a senior BCCI official told the news office that the family should consistently be given need. On the off chance that the Indian captain needs to take a paternity break, he can return by playing the initial two matches of the arrangement.

Rohit Sharma will also leave for Australia

After the BCCI's medical team assessed Rohit's fitness, it was decided to rest him for a series of limited-overs. In any case, he has been remembered for the crew for the Test series. Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has been ruled out of some matches in the IPL due to a hamstring injury. He was not chosen for the visit through Australia. However, Rohit Sharma is fit now and has played 2 matches including qualifier 1 in the IPL 2020. After the tournament, they will now depart for Australia.
